Humble Beginnings
Roger Maner began P&M in 1989, while working a 40-hour week at another job. His office was a small basement room, and he was his own team. 7 day weeks didn’t deter him from his goal of building a business that promised trust, excellence and reliability.
From that basement office, to a storage facility, to their offices now located in the heart of Chesterfield, the team has grown from a one-man show to a dedicated staff of family and trusted techs. The vision that Roger began with has come to fruition in the form of a well-known and respected company that consistently proves excellence is not an option: it’s a requirement.
